Custom Bullet Cards 22 July 2025

Terms & Conditions:

• A $30 design fee is required for custom branded index cards and is non-refundable once mockups have been sent.

• Once the product has been manufactured and delivered, the item is non-refundable.

• If there are manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, incorrect quantity), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

• We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing/mockup stage (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect logos, colors).

• Shipping delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) are outside our control and are not grounds for refund.  Shipping damages are covered under insurance.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Turnaround time  is typically 7–10 business days from approval of final mockup.
