A $30 design fee is required for custom branded index cards and is non-refundable once mockups have been sent.

Once the product has been manufactured and delivered, the item is non-refundable.

If there are manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, incorrect quantity), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing/mockup stage (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect logos, colors).

Shipping delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) are outside our control and are not grounds for refund. Shipping damages are covered under insurance.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days from approval of final mockup.
